Man City midfielder Perrone to join Como in £25M deal after just one appearance

Perrone came to City from Velez Sarsfield in Argentina two years ago for around £ 9 million and this season spent loan with the Serie A-side, because they have impressed the Cesc Fabegas manager who led his team to a mid-table finish.

The 22-year-old admitted the wish to stay in the Italian club for the near future and will not get his wish in the coming months.

During an interview with Italian media in mid -February, Perrone gave the desire to stay in the Serie A Club as soon as his deal had ended.

“I want to stay here, grow, learn more with Como.

“I want to give my teammates a hand and I am happy to stay with Cesc (Fabregas). I have an excellent relationship with him. I hope my future is here with Como.”

Now, as reported by Mail Online and Manchester Evening News, Perrone has to sign for Como, making the blues about £ 17 million in profit on a player who made only one short competing replacement replacement for the club. This is a great company for City, which will reinvest these funds in the team this summer, while trying to build a team that is worth challenging the title.
