Jake Paul books long-awaited boxing return for ex-UFC champ who destroyed Ronda Rousey

After 12 long years in the UFC, Holly Holm was set to return to the boxing ring.

A former world champion in the UFC and Boxing, Holm became a huge free agent after her UFC release in January.

Holly Holm has been a household name in combat sports over the past decade. In 2015, Holm shocked the UFC world when she eliminated the seemingly unbeatable Ronda Rousey on UFC 193, ending her legendary title with a photo-perfect main kick.

After a short no-fight stint in the GFL, Holm has now confirmed to one of the biggest stars of Boxing: Jake Paul.

Holly Holm is one of the greatest female hunters of all time

Holm left the boxing ring with an impressive record of 33-2-3 (9 KOs) and 18 title defenses. She was a world champion with three weight.

During her UFC career, Holm was honored for her performance with an induction in the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2022.

Holm might be able to come to the UFC Hall of Fame with her debated rival Ronda Rousey in one day, because 'The Preacher's Daughter's daughter' consistently fought against the best Bantam weights in the world for a near-decennium.

Holm fought all-time Great Cris Cyborg for the featherweight title for a time that nobody else would do and became the first woman to go five rounds with the 'Grand Slam' champion.

Holm has two wins over recent champion Raquel Pennington and fought against the WMMA 'goat' Amanda Nunes, Valentina Shevchenko, Germaine de Randamie and Kayla Harrison – all world champions.
