Classy Man City star anonymously donates £4,200 towards Man City fans’ Kevin De Bruyne FA Cup final display

Fans of Manchester City received massive donation to their Kevin De Bruyne Display for the FA Cup final on Saturday.

Proponents splash more than £ 11,000 for the banner that is displayed in Wembley.

But generous Erling Haaland has expressed £ 4,200 of his own money to bring about it.

City announced in April that their star playmaker De Bruyne will leave at the end of this season after ten years of glittering service.

The midfielder was the beating heart from one side that won six Premier League titles and the first Champions League of the club.

While Manchester City has passed a disappointing league campaign, the FA Cup final would be his last chance to lift a trophy in Sky Blue.

Haaland, whose father also played for Manchester City, secretly did some financially heavily lifted to help fans honor the Belgian with banners before the final.

He said this week prior to the Wembley collision: “It was a pleasure to play with him.

“Hopefully we will have a good time in the last few games.

“We immediately clicked from the first second and it will be emotional as a good friend. Maybe the best player ever to play for City – one of the best to play in the Premier League.”

His donation was 84 percent of the original £ 5,000 target of the Fangroep 1894.

The group reached almost £ 12,000 in one day of 360 donations.

The last home game of De Bruyne was against Bournemouth on Tuesday evening while striving for a Champions League place for next season.
