Ange admits his Tottenham future is still in doubt despite Europa League triumph

Tottenham -Manager Ange Postecoglou does not yet have to have conversations about his future in the club after they have led them to Europa League Glory.

Postecoglou delivered the first trophy of Spurs in 17 years after the 1-0 win against Manchester United in the tense final in Bilbao on Wednesday evening.

His future, however, remains entertained in uncertainty and chairman Daniel Levy could still decide to dismiss the Australian, even though he secures his place in Spurs Folklore.

The 59-year-old was determined on the Europa League Victory Parade on Friday and fans told: “In the best TV series, season three is better than season two.”

Postecoglou, however, spoke to Brighton for the last match of Tottenham of the season, said: 'I should have thought a little more about it because they sometimes kill the main character.

'I really feel that we are building something. It's exciting. I have a group of players, a group of staff and a club who knows how to win.

'Similar to earlier, I have had no discussions with the club and maybe they were waiting for clear air.

'I didn't think much about it, I just refuse by distracting somewhere.

“I assume that someone will tell me something at some point, otherwise I will just appear next season and continue my work.”

Mail Sport revealed that the Postecoglou team did not expect him to keep his job.

Postecoglou has a year left on his contract, but Levy would already start exploring alternatives, including Fulham -Baas Marco Silva.

Levy can decide to persuade the tractor because of the misery of Spurs in the Premier League.

Spurs are gone in the 17th in the table prior to the last round of matches this Sunday, with only 38 points of their 37 games.

Damn only the three degraded top sides – Southampton, Ipswich and Leicester – have lost more games this season than the side of Postecoglou.
