Cain Velasquez had little doubt about who was the worst man on the planet on this day in 2013.
While injuries teased the back of his career and prevented him from building a strong claim on goat status in the division, the talents of Velasquez were generally considered the best heavyweight of all time.
The often unparalleled speed and athletics of the fan favorite were completely visible when Velasquez Antonio 'Bigfoot' Silva crushed to earn the chance to regain the title – which he had lost in his first career defeat by Junior Dos Santos.
And after returning to the throne, Velasquez ensured that his second rule extended further than the length of his first by dominating a well -known opponent.

'Bigfoot' Silva defeated the large Fedor Emeliansko in the quarterfinals of the StrikeForce Heavyweight Grand Prix in 2011, with the legendary Russian strikes being bloked to force the interruption of a doctor.
Before he came across Silva's huge hands, Emeliansko 27 of his previous 29 fights had won.
