Nottingham Forest 0-1 Chelsea: Colwill winner secures UCL for Maresca’s men

Chelsea qualified for the Champions League at the expense of Nottingham Forest, because the goal of Levi Colwill de Blues presented a 1-0 last day victory in the city ground.
