Simone Inzaghi played rumors about his departure from Inter Milan after the final of the Champions League then speculation of a money-spinning move to Al-Hilal.
Widespread reports from interest in Inzaghi of Saudi Pro League Club Al Hilal came to the fore when Inter prepared at Paris Saint-Germain on Saturday, their second final of Europe's top competition in three seasons.
But Inzaghi said it was 'crazy' to talk about his future prior to the final and say that he was 'really happy' at Inter, even talking about a two-year-old deal with Al-Hilal worth 50 million euros (£ 42 million).
“It is the same every year, when I was in Lazio or since I have been to Inter, there are always requests in Italy and from abroad, but I think it would be crazy to think about that.
“After the game we sit down and just like we have always done in recent years, with what is best for Inter as the only goal.
“If we have all the pieces in the right place, we will move forward together.”
Inzaghi admitted that he might have trouble sleeping in the run -up to the final in Munich, because the interorder completes the season empty -handed after he set the Serie A, Champions League and Italian Cup Treble.
Napoli Defending Defiller Interie all the way to the last day, but became second in the title race, and City Rivals AC Milan ended their domestic cup run in the semi -final, so that the Champions League was left behind the only remaining chance of Inzaghi for a trophy.
“Friday night will not be a night like the others … The Champions League is the competition in which every coach wants to participate, but that does not come for everyone,” said Inzaghi.
“I have not succeeded in getting there as a player, but thanks to my team we have succeeded in coming twice in three seasons.”
Inzaghi added that Lautaro Martinez will be fit for the final, with Benjamin Pavard and Piotr Zielinski still injuries.
