15 years old, four months and 26 days – Dowman is now the youngest score ever in the history of the Euro Under -17S.
And his unbridled performance in the first half got even better when he produced a stunning help for the second goal of England.
The young shooter dictated the piece deep in midfield and let a pass roll over a Czech player and his body to create a garden with space.
Dowman then shot an inch perfectly through the ball in the path of striker Alejandro Gomes Rodríguez, who converted it calmly.
