Former La Fabrica -Talent Nico Paz has made a dramatic access to senior football, emerging as a young player of the year in the Serie A in Como. Paz made a handful of performances for the first team of Real Madrid, but decided last summer a move to Lake Garda for more opportunities.
Los Blancos, however, had little doubt that they wanted to keep control of the future of Paz and his talent. Como sealed the move for € 6 million last summer, but Real Madrid has a sales costs of 50% and a repurchase option of € 8 million. It was reported in March that they were planning to activate it, but more recent reports claimed that they are still making a decision about the 20-year-old. Como manager Cesc Fabregas has also confirmed that Real Madrid is interested in Paz.
Now Diario also reports that Real Madrid has decided to return Paz. His six goals and nine assists in 35 performances have proven that he can reach the highest level, and Paz has made all his Argentina debut. Real Madrid is still planning to bring in a deeper alleged midfielder, someone to lose the loss of Toni Kroos, while the arrival of Paz will tackle the exit of Luka Modric more accurately.
The intention is that PAZ joins the World Cup Club, and he will be a third player in the team who has allowed Real Madrid to leave before he returns, in the footsteps of Dani Carvajal and Fran Garcia.
At this stage it is not clear which approach or form Xabi Alonso will use, and so it is difficult to predict what kind of roll Paz will have. It is remarkable that both Paz and Arda Guler Wiill Alonso offer young, talented game makers, with some people wonder if both can receive enough minutes. In general, they like to cut from opposite sides. Como wants to keep Paz, while Inter Paz had identified as an option, and Guler as an alternative such as Real Madrid brought him back.
