Real Madrid rule out departure of midfielder this summer

Real Madrid -midfielder Dani Ceballos is almost always the subject of transfer speculation in the summer, something that he often feeds with sirens numbers to former club Real Betis. Los Blancos, however, plans to hold him again this summer.

Admittedly, there has been little talk about a switch to betis in recent months, with Los Verdiblancos well filled in terms of creative midfielders. The 28-year-old had a curious campaign, with very little until 2025. At one point it seemed that he was the solution for the problems of Los Blancos and the first choice team for their crucial Champions League collisions with Manchester City and Atletico Madrid was.

Another muscle injury, however, kept him five crucial weeks outside in March and April. 40 performances appeared in total Ceballos, gave two assists in those performances and collected 1,960 minutes.

According to MD, regardless of which additives arrive this summer in the Santiago Bernabeu, the plan is that Ceballos stays in the club. The output of Luka Modric has cemented its place as a depth player, even if Los Blancos will make movements in the market. Real Madrid currently has Fede Valverde, Aurelien Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga, Jude Bellingham and Ceballos in their books, while Brahim Diaz and Arda Guler can play in more attacking roles.

It seems that Real Madrid will return Nico Paz from Como this summer, who enjoyed a good debut season in the Serie A. They have a return option of € 8 million at the Argentina International. However, one of the priorities for Real Madrid is now a more controlling presence, with the latest stories that connect them closely to Stuttgart's Angelo Stiller. This has been a focus that has developed since last summer, with the first interest in Martin Zubimendi and Rodri Hernandez.
