A 53-year-old man is accused of seven serious violations after dozens of people were injured by a car during the Liverpool parade on Monday.

A total of 79 confirmed victims after the incident on Water Street in the city center on Monday. More than 50 people were treated in different hospitals and seven people stayed there in a stable state on Wednesday.
