Manchester City has agreed a £ 46.3 million (€ 55 million) deal with AC Milan to sign Tijjani Reijners.
He is ready to sign a five -year -old deal at Etihad.
Reijnders is Dutch International who had the most goals and assists from a midfielder in the Serie A last season.
