‘Worst kit EVER’: Fans hit out at Man City’s new third strip for next season after ‘shocking’ jersey is leaked online

Angry Manchester City fans have brutally mocked their 'Montrosity' of a third kit for next season after it was reportedly leaked online.

Supporters went to social media to explain the 'worst kit ever' while photos circulated on Wednesday.

The leaked strip shows a gray and neongroen Puma shirt with the Manchester City logo on top in the middle.

The base of the shirt is gray, while water droplets are spread.

The shirt has a unique look inspired by raindrops on a window … Creating a very structured and striking effect, “according to Footy Headlines, which leaked the kit.

The official colors are reportedly 'cool weather' and 'pro green' and go away from the traditional sky -blue look of the Manchester Club.

It is planned to be released before the new Premier League season in August.

But city assistants have hit the leaked kit, with some a surf a 'shame'.

“The third kit without exaggeration is the worst kit I've ever seen,” one on X.

“Away kit looks clean, but that third is that kit is an absolute shame,” added another.

A fan wrote: “The Road Kit is one of our best of all time, it almost makes up for the Wangdrocht next to it.”

Another said: “The third kit is a shame. One of the worst kits I've ever seen. '

“That third kit is shocking,” added a further fan.

The leaked shirt has a similar color pattern such as City's 2022/23 lime green and black stripey kit.

The side of Pep Guardiola wore that strip when they lifted the Treble and their very first Champions League and their third consecutive Premier League trophy.

City has worn a green kit as their alternative strip for decades.

They wore a tribute in 2015/16, which tried to the kit they wore in their comeback victory against Gillingham in the play-off final of the Second Division of 2000, so that they score two injury time Goals and close a 3-1 victory in the penalty shootout.

Their second kit for next season was also leaked and the simple full black look was more praise by city fans.

In the meantime, Manchester United fans also took out a leaked third kit for next season, in which Red Devils faithfully stated: “You couldn't pay me to wear it.”
