Evann Guessand (23) is expected to leave OGC Nice this summer and he could soon be the subject of a bid by Wolverhampton Wanderers, according to a report from Sky Sports News.
Nice, like many clubs in France, will have to sell this summer to buy. Guessand, an academic product, is the most bankable property in the team and Franck Haise was pessimistic about the prospects of the Center-Forward to be in the Allianz Riviera next season.
“We know that Evann will be one of the players who is highly sought after. It is about what he has done this season,” the Nice Manager started at a press conference attended by Get Frans Voetbal News.
He added: “Like other French clubs, we have to sell this summer to buy.” According to Sky Sports News, Wolves is now insisting on signing the Ivory Coast International in a deal that could be worth more than £ 25 million.
