Mario Bautista responded to fragmentary mix who called him a 'journeyman' for UFC 316.
This Saturday, the #10 UFC Bantamweight-Medeeder will defend his ranking against very exhausted debutant fragmentary mix on the same map Merab Dvalishvili Vecht Sean O'Malley for the world title.
Mix (20-1) is the last bellator Bantamweight Champion and wears victories over former world champions Sergio Pettis, Raufeon Stots and Kyoji Horiguchi.
Mix is talking about a big game prior to his UFC debut on UFC 316 and recently criticized Bautista as a 'journeyman Fighter'. Mix also claimed that he would submit Mario Bautista and his entire team.
Bautista himself is not really a trash can, but he would not let the Mix comments slide.

'From a man who fought outside the UFC' … Mario Bautista on fragmentary mix
Bautista, from a controversial decision victory at former champion Jose Aldo at UFC 307, drives a seven fighting streak in the UFC and is 9-2 in the Octagon in general.
Bautista responded to Mix's 'Journeyman' Jibe in an interview with Home of Fight.
“I mean, that's from a man who fought outside the UFC for so long,” Bautista said about mix.
“He must say what he has to say. He has to sell himself, especially if this fight does not go well for him.
“You ruin that debut, you have to sell yourself to make yourself more sellable afterwards.”
“If he thinks I'm easy to choke …” Mix continued.
'If I have to say something, I don't think his striking is so great. So we will see if he can even get me [to the ground]. And if not, it will be a long night for him. “
Patchy Mix Lost Bellator title almost before he came to UFC
Apart from a decision loss for the former Bellator and Rizin champion Juan Archuleta in 2020, MIX has kept his MMA record flawlessly.
Just like Bautista, Mix is also on a win with seven fights. Mix had almost broken his line in his last Bellator performance, a meticulous defending defense against Magomed Magomedov in May 2024.
Mix had submitted Magomedov earlier in 2022, but the Rematch could not have gone otherwise because Magomedov the Bellator champion gave an end to his money in five rounds.
Mix defeated Magomedov in a controversial split decision, where many fans scored the fight for Magomedov. There is an argument that Magomedov won 3 to 5 rounds against Mix, but two jury members did not see it that way, instead they gave mixes three rounds to two.
