The UFC Bantamweight title will be on the line in the main event of UFC 316 when Merab Dvalishvili defends his belt against former champion Sean O'Malley.
Merab Dvalishvili defeated Sean O'Malley on UFC 306 in Saudi Aarabia to win the title and end the American's reign after just two title defenses.
After the victory of Dvalishvili over Umar Nurmagomedov at UFC 311, he founded a rematch with “Suga” in one of the greatest fights this year.
With the champion who won through unanimous decision, O'Malley will have to change his game if he wants to regain his title on 7 June.

Jordan Ellis: Merab Dvalishvili deserves to be the favorite here. I certainly saw him again dominate Sean O'Malley. However, I just have a secret feeling that 'Suga' enters him and scores an upset KO.

Jamie Theodosi: Although this fight has a very good chance of going exactly how their first meeting went, I think O'Malley had a much better camp this time. Despite the ruthlessness of Merab, I think that 'Suga' Sean will catch him in the same way as he caught Sterling and recover his title.

Harvey Leonard: A striker of the caliber of Sean O'Malley is always able to exclude the lights with a knockout out of nowhere, but my belly tells me that he will not find it again. While the American has gone above and outside in a training camp to try to make the necessary adjustments to reclaim his belt, I believe that 'the machine' simply has its number and will come from UFC 316 with a different unanimous decision victory.
