Is Jon Jones retired?
Earlier this week, Aspinall claimed that Jones retired to send the MMA world in a spider.
Jones seemed to confirm his retirement during the spontaneous fan Q&A session on X.
The UFC Hall of Famer claimed to have been 'at the top' in response to a fan who claims that he is 'scared' of Aspinall.
“It really has nothing to do with fear,” Jones tweeted.
“The question I have asked my good friends and family is how much higher someone like I climb this sport.
“The goal for athletes is to build a brand and then to take that brand and to become so much more than an athlete.
“Many of the fans and hunters are not used to seeing someone going at the top like me.
“I understand that it is uncomfortable and I don't expect people to understand areas they have never been before.”
