Georges St-Pierre looks so torn as always eight years after his last MMA fight.
'Rush' has not fought anymore since he has submitted Michael Bisping to become a two -weight champion on UFC 217 in November 2017.
However, Georges St-Pierre has since documented his training sessions on social media.
They have allowed him to stay fragmented, even if he has been retired for a long time and in his mid -forty.

Georges St-Pierre completes 72 hours quickly
On Thursday, Georges St-Pierre shared a shirtless photo of him that looked more than ever.
“Power of fasting, now I am hungry,” he scored the post.
In the comments, 'GSP' confirmed that he completed a fast of 72 hours, including two days without water.
“1 Water + 2 Dry quickly. 3 days in total, St-Pierre wrote in response to a curious fan.
It was not long before one of the greatest hunters of all time was flooded with compliments.
Fans and hunters praised the willpower of St-Pierre and also paid tribute to his torn physique.
“Yess !!! looks a good man,” wrote former UFC hunter Alan Jouban. While MMA legend Mark Coleman added: “The king who looks great.”
“Beast,” wrote a fan.

The next 155 pounds UFC goal Triple Champ Champ, “someone else joked.
“You still look 27 brother, your lifestyle is unparalleled,” said a sixth fan on the identical X-post of St-Pierre.
Will Georges St-Pierre ever fight again?
Of course, fans continue to call to return Georges St-Pierre to combat sports.
The 44-year-old recently told the Bloody Elbow that he is '100 percent' for a comeback on one important condition.
“I try to get 100 percent back,” said St-Pierre after fighting health problems and injuries in recent years.
“If it is for a good cause, I mean that I would never again fight in mixed martial arts, try to prove that I am the strongest man, this is over. But if it is a special event for an event, perhaps a good cause, for fans, the risk of injury is minimized.
“I still like to compete, but for various reasons. Maybe not, I don't close the door there.”
So, although we will never see St-Pierre in the UFC again, he could soon return to the mats.
