Manchester City Forward Erling Braut Haaland said after the emphatic victory of Norway 3-0 to Italy that the men of Solbakken have reached a level where they are too good not to be present on a World Cup.
Norway has not qualified for a final tournament for no less than 25 years, but that could change if Norway could brag about a perfect record after their first three qualifying matches in group I, where they are in the same group as Israel, Italy, Estonia and Moldavia.
Norway took a huge step to end their disappointing statistics in terms of qualification for definitive tournaments, when they defeated Italy 3-0 in Ullevaal and Erling Braut Haaland is of the opinion that there is great success for the Scandinavian former Minnows.
“We are too good not to play in definitive tournaments. I have to play at both the World Cup and at European championships. To put myself under pressure, but I have to,” Haaland told NRK.

20-year-old Antonio Nusa was “Man of the Match” when he set the opening goal of Göran Sorloth and doubled the lead himself. “I don't know what to say, it was an incredible night, totally incredible.”
