Arsenal is progressing with a deal to sign Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga and is expected to activate the release clause of £ 5 million in his contract.
Arsenal is supposed to be impressed by Kepa's wish to participate and to fight for his place in the team.
Once completed, Kepa will compete with David Raya after Neto returned to Bournemouth from his loan period at the Emirates.
The Spanish stop was signed by Chelsea in the summer of 2018 from Athletic Club for £ 71.8 million, a world record transfer costs for a goalkeeper at that time. It is available for such a low fee due to a release clause in a Chelsea contract that he signed before he came to Bournemouth last season.
The 30-year-old was Bournemouth's first-choice keeper last season and made 35 starts when the Andoni Iraola team produced their best Premier League finish.
