Paris Saint-Germain increased to the top of the goals in 2025 in 2025 and overtaken Barcelona as the most productive side in the top five competitions of Europe so far this calendar year. In all competitions in 2025, PSG has now scored 105 goals – three more than the 102 from Barcelona. Both parties have an identical scoring average of 2.9 goals per match, although the Catalans have played a less game.
Real Madrid is a distant third in 79, with Bayern Munich a little further back on 76, despite their 10-0 thrashing from Auckland City.
And there are few indications that the Parisians are about to illuminate. They have scored at least three goals in each of their last five matches-included a 4-1 win over Montpellier, a 3-1 against Auxerre and a 3-0 over Stade de Reims.

Their total in the 2024/25 season is now at 156 goals (an average of 2.6 per match), only second place in the 172 of Barcelona. Remarkably, only Liverpool has succeeded in holding a clean leaf against them in 2025 – in the first stage of the Champions League last 16.
Since then, PSG has scored in every match: only once every nine, twice in six or three times in another six and four or more in no fewer than 14 games. This includes nine games with four goals, two with five, one with six and two in which they hit seven.
