The Chief Executive Omar Berrada from Manchester United is convinced that both men's and DameS teams can win their respective competitions in 2028.
United celebrates their 150 -year anniversary in three years, which Berrada called “Project 150” when sharing the vision with its staff last September.
The ladies team of the Red Devils finished third in the Super League for Women last season, 16 points behind Champions Chelsea, while they also took second place in the FA Cup.
The United men's team, however, has passed their worst top-flight season since they were relegated in the 1973-74 campaign and finished 15th in the Premier League with 42 points.
They also lost the Europa League final of Tottenham, so that they brought up their 20th defeat in all competitions in one campaign, their most in a season since losing 22 in 1973-74.
And despite poor performance and a trophy season for both parties, Barkrada remains optimistic that success in 2028 is still realistic for the club.
“It is set a series of goals within a period of time, so that we can concentrate our efforts and energy on that goal,” Berrada told the United States that we are fanzine.
“Can the team win the Premier League title by 2028? Of course.
“We are just finished with the 15th and it seems like an impossible task. But why not strive for it? Why not do everything in our power? I am probably convinced that we can do it.
“We have two or three summer windows to build a team to start competing to win the Premier League.
“Nobody says we don't want to win it until that time. We set ourselves a target with a specific time frame to go.”

Berrada also repeated that the club is committed to women's football, despite the comments of Sir Jim Ratcliffe earlier this year.
Ratcliffe said the men's team was the “most important problem” for some of the changes under his property, while he was also not present for the FA Cup final of the Women's Fa Cup.
“We are a bit distracted by all the problems around the first team of the men, but we are dedicated to make the ladies team very successful,” Berrada added.
“You have heard it [minority owner] Jim [Ratcliffe] Say 'if you wear the united shirt, then you have to win'. That is exactly how I feel.
“A club of our scale has a responsibility to grow football in general and to contribute to women's football.”
