Jamahal Hill makes a bizarre claim that Alex Pereira and Jiri Prochazka may have something to say about

They say famous that scousers are not eliminated, but it seems that UFC Baku -headliner Jamahal Hill doesn't do that either – even if he really does.

Hill needs a victory in his next fight, which is quickly approaching when the UFC is preparing to make his debut in a new country.

Hill with the head of the first event in Azerbaijan, Hill will go opposite Khalil Rountree Jr. are confronted at UFC Baku. Both men come from the losses for Alex Pereira in 2024, with 'Sweet Dreams' who also follows a new knockout defeat against Jiri Procazka.

Despite what his record can say, Hill says differently.

Jamahal Hill claims that he is 'never' eliminated for UFC Baku

In his first fight after his return of an injury, Hill was fallen and was brutally finished with land attacks by Pereira on UFC 300. 10 months later 'Sweet Dreams' was the victim of a TKO against ProcoZka on UFC 311 last January.

That losing run has understandably led to questions about how Hill will bounce back from successive knockouts when he is confronted with another Power-Puncher in Rountree Jr.

However, Hill does not agree with the idea that he was chosen in mixed martial arts.

“No, because I wasn't cooled,” Hill said then asked by Kevin Iole or his approach changes behind the two knockout losses.

“I think my definition of a knockout is very different from your definition of a knockout. I think the real definition is being beaten unconscious, as if you have to wake up.

“That never happened to me,” Hill added. “The Pereira fight was the lake, just as said that weird ass moment when Herb (Dean) stopped the fight and then let Alex continue the fight. That was a few weird S —.

“The Jiri fight, I thought I could go inside, even with some of the problems I was dealing with and was a former champion. He added a number of things to his game that turned out to be very affordable for him.”

Jamahal Hill had the problem with the UFC 300 celebration of Alex Pereira

UFC 300 marked a difficult night for Hill. After he had been dropped off by a torn Achilles without mercy before he could make a defense, the American promised to dominate Pereira to regain the belt.

But his reactions before the fight came back to bite him when he was quickly closed by the renowned left hook of the Brazilian in the very first round.

Hill had a number of things with regard to the finish, including the short intervention of referee Herb Dean after a low blow. Although the former champion touches gloves with 'Patan' to recommend the match, he insists that the break in action was the fault of the loss.

And months after the result, he also focused on Pereira for his celebration after the fight.

“Now I didn't really talk about this, but I went to Brazil and the dog walked your husband (Glover Teixeira) in one of the most one-sided kontwijks in the history of the championship and after nothing but respect and paid Hill,” Hill wrote in an now-removed Instagram post.

“I have never celebrated about an opponent I have defeated and even called my fans for not respecting Johnny Walker after I had slept. But because I showed a competitive fire and was excited to be back after an injury that could have ended my career, think that this was (party) funny or cool.”

Hill concluded the mail by promising to take revenge on Pereira in a rematch.

“You really set up a blow that you could not get without a strange moment and did a number of weak S but it is ok because you fight me again and don't leave my eyes behind until you are as stiff as Izzy left in Miami.”
