The RB Leipzig striker has long been an Arsenal target white, where the club rejected offers in May last year and the most recent transfer window in January.

The Gunners would like to strengthen their attacking options that finished second in the Premier League for a third season.

He adds that the camp of Arsenal and Sesko remains in contact, but personal conditions between the two parties have not yet been fully agreed.

In addition, Plettenberg claims that the side of the Mikel Arteta is follow -up planning and still monitors the situation with Sporting's Wantaway Striker Viktor Gyokeres.

If Gyokeres can leave for his verbally agreed reimbursement with the Portuguese club, supposed to be between £ 51-59 million, the outfit of North London remains interested

As reported earlier this month by Mail Sport, Sesko – who scored 21 goals last season and registered six assists in all competitions, including four in the Champions League – the move.

Leipzig only finished seventh in the Bundesliga in 2024-25 and will not be able to offer their Star Striker Champions League football next season, while the Gunners in Europe will play Elite Club competition.

The much-needed 22-year-old Slovenian has already rejected a move to Saudi side Al-Hilal, as he is preferred to join Arsenal.
