Jon Jones still hopes that a super fight between him and Francis Ngannou can be made.
The UFC Heavyweight Champion has been in conversation all year round with interim title holder Tom Aspinall.
Earlier this month, Jon Jones explained why he will not fight the Englishman before calling Francis Ngannou, who is currently conducting his trade in PFL after bitter splitting of the UFC in 2023.
Since then, UFC CEO Dana White Jones has closed Ngannou and established a deadline for his potential unification of unification with Aspinall.

Jon Jones supports Dana White to have Francis Ngannou fight
Jon Jones does not seem to worry about the two -week deadline that was placed on his next fight.
Despite what his boss says, the greatest of all time still believes a scrap with Francis Ngannou in the game.
“I think Dana will get things done,” Jones said when he was asked about Ngannou on the entire podcast.
“I think things speak before emotions.
“If Francis presents himself in a modest way, I think he could easily be back in the UFC.
“Absolutely,” Jones added when he was asked if he thinks Ngannou will return to the Octagon. “For a reason, Dana White is one of the best sport spirits in recent history. Calls money. Francis brings eyes, and I am sure that Dana will be interested.
“Time changes things, and time heals everything. There were moments in my career where I thought Dana absolutely hated me. Now I feel that he is a great lawer for me.”
Jon Jones offers a pension update
Rumors about Jones who are 'retired' are recently floating around the internet.
Aspinall claims that they are true, but the man himself does not want to use that word now.
However, it is very clear that 'Bones' is planning to take an extensive break from MMA.
“I don't want to say that I am retired because fighting is in my blood,” Jones said in the same interview.
“At the moment I really can't care about fighting. I have done it at a very high level all my life.
“When the itch comes back, and when it comes back, I do it with my whole heart and to my best skills.”
