One UFC Baku hunter has etched his name in the history books with a representation of dominance of all time.
One of the most one-sided battles in UFC history was the debut of unbeaten phenomenon Khamzat Chimaev. 'Borz' arrived in 2021 and took two victories in the room of 10 days.
In the first, Chimaev John Phillips, which made the English hunter was limited to only two strikes while he himself landed on his way to a second round entry.
Unfortunately for Phillips that was not his last one -sided defeat in the largest stage in MMA, and the next one was to mark the end of his career.
Junyong Park mercilessly sent John Phillips retired at UFC 'Fight Island'
Only three months after he was thrown by Chimaev on 'Fight Island' of the UFC, Phillips returned to Abu Dhabi to share the cage with Junyong Park.
After an inconspicuous 1-1 start of his Octagon career, Park made a statement at the expense of Phillips with a record shift performance.
In three rounds, Park was only hit five times – an average of one strike every three minutes. And of the 15 minutes, the South Korean gathered an incredible 13 minutes and 11 seconds of land control time.
During the competition, Park landed 258 land attacks and broke a UFC record that was previously held by the 251 strikes of Matt Riddle who had been 11 years old.
'The Iron Turtle' landed so many strikes that Daniel Cormier even broke the telestrator while trying to locate the enormous volume of the park's attacks.
It is not surprising that the South Korean ran away with a crooked unanimous decision victory, which picked up three 30-25 scorecards, while Phillips was released the following month and hung up his gloves.

Junyong Park's impressive run for UFC Baku
Since the destroying of Phillips, Park has continued to perform well in the UFC with six victories in its last eight fights.
While a knockout for Gregory Rodrigues marked a setback in 2021, 'The Iron Turtle' bounced back with four straight victories, the last three of which came as a submission.
Park bounced back in his most recent fight and knew the memory of a tightly split decision against Andre Muniz by getting the long -term UFC Middleweight Supilar Brad Tavares.

The Zuid -Korean is now rapidly approaching its first fight of 2025, a provisional match against Ismael Nuurdiev at UFC Baku this Saturday.
Naurdiev has a hype behind him after a successful UFC debut in 2024, so a victory for Park-Die would bring him back to a winning Streak-Zou 'the Iron Turtle' can get a big opponent in the line
