Gilberto 'Zurdo' Ramirez and Jai Opetaia currently have three of the four large cruiserweight World titles.

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. believes that a fight with one of them can be the next if he conquers Jake Paul.

The 39-year-old also mentioned light heavyweight rivals Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev as potential opponents when he outlined his plan to combat the very best in the near future.

“I want to fight against a rematch with Jake Paul. A rematch with Jake Paul is a cash fight, so that's why I don't want to say no to this thing,” said Chavez Jr. Wednesday at Ariel Helwani.

“Really, what I want is to fight the best. I would like to fight 'Zurdo' Ramirez. I would like to fight against a Cruiserweight champion. [Jai] Opetaia is a super, super strong guy.

“I am here because I want to fight best. If Opetaia offered me, if Ramirez, after this fight or another fight, am, I am there.

“I am ready to fight Bivol at Cruiserweight or the other man, Beterbiev. That's my goal. They are murderers.

“So wait until after 28 June, and then we do another interview and talk about that fight.”

The recent form of Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

Nothing about Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.'s recent record suggests that he can still compete at the top.

The reality is that the Mexican star has not won at a global level for more than a decade.

Canelo Alvarez won every round when they fought in May 2017, and things have only become worse since then.

The famous father of Chavez Jr. He said to retire after an embarrassing loss to fade UFC legend Anderson Silva in 2021.

Back-to-back victories since then the former champion have presented the opportunity to face Paul.

However, he is a pretty heavy underdog on his way to a fight with the ex-Disney actor, who only started boxing in 2020.

It is still to see if he can get someone like Paul, let alone four of the best boxers that are currently competing.
