Inter Milan defender Francesco Acerbi threatened a fan in a PSG shirt after he was taunted about the final of last month's Champions League.
The Serie A -side was beaten 5-0 by the men of Luis Enrique in last month's final -the toughest defeat ever included in the final of the competition.
During the last phases of the competition, Acerbi remained extensive after some dazzling footwork by Bradley Barcola – and a fan in Seattle reminded him of the moment.
On a video that went viral on social media, the visibly irritated Italian international sought the help of a translator during a meet-and-grreet with fans.
The translator said to the fan in English on Thursday: “You have to be serious with him.”
Seconds later Acerbi came in to say in Italian: 'I am serious. Don't be ridiculous – I don't like it. … I'm crazy, I'll beat the S *** out of you. '
Acerbi then continued quickly and posed for photos with other fans.
The newest controversy around the 37-year-old only a few weeks after he has rejected a call for the Italian World Cup qualifications, who accused Luciano Spalletti, who was later fired, not to respect him.
Acerbi posted on social media: 'It is not a decision that I have made slightly. However, I believe that in the light of recent events, the circumstances are not there today to continue Serenity.
