Marc Guehi ‘prepared to see out Crystal Palace contract’ amid interest from Liverpool, Spurs and Newcastle

Marc Guehi would be willing to avert his time in Crystal Palace, despite the widespread interest in his signature from elsewhere.

Guehi was praised by Newcastle United last summer, but Palace rejected an offer worth around £ 50 million before Tottenham Hotspur failed with an offer in January.

Both Newcastle and Spurs remain enthusiastic about the 24-year-old center, while Liverpool is now also among his admirers.

But according to the Guardian, Guehi is willing to see his palace contract, which ends at the end of June 2026.

That may not fit the decision makers in Selhurst Park, because it would probably mean that they lose their star man with a free transfer.

Guehi – who has been put down 23 times by England and is expected to play a crucial role in next year's World Cup – in 35 of the 38 Premier League matches of Palace last season.

The former Chelsea Academy star also played in all six games of Palace in their triumphant FA Cup campaign, including the 1-0 win over Manchester City in the final.

The importance of Liverpool can intensify after the expected departure from Jarell Quansah to Bayer Leverkusen.

But Guehi is one of different defenders who are monitored by the Reds.

In the meantime, Tottenham's need can hang a new center back or Cristian Romero will remain or leaves this summer.

It is no secret that the Argentina star is sought by Atletico Madrid.
