EPL in talks with Chelsea about Boehly ownership of ticket reseller Vivid Seats

The Premier League entered into discussions with Chelsea in the midst of Todd Boehly's controversial property of the Vivid chairs of the ticket sales website.

Blues supporters rather called on the football authorities to view the third-party platform that was tired by critics because tickets can be sold on for prices that are much higher than their nominal value.

Richard Masters, the Chief Executive of the Premier League, has now confirmed during their structured dialogue meeting with the Football supporters' Association that they wrote to Chelsea.

It is also mentioned in the minutes of that meeting that Masters will let the trust of the Chelsea supporters know once he has concluded his conversations with the club.

Boehly, who is part of the BlueCo Consortium that Chelsea owns, is an investor and director in lively seats.

Lively chairs previously found to sell Chelsea tickets on a premium, with the home collision of the club with Liverpool mentioned up to £ 20,000.

The platform is mentioned by the Premier League as a 'unauthorized ticket website'.

On their website, the Premier League urges fans to practice 'extreme caution' when dealing with unauthorized ticket websites, including lively seats.

Chelsea and the Premier League were approached for comment.
