Khalil Rountree Jr. brought back one of his most devastating weapons during his UFC title run.
Before he went on a striking fight last year with the then champion Alex Pereira on UFC 307, Khalil Rountree Jr. drove. On an impressive Five Fight Win Streak in the UFC Light Heavyweight Division.
Earlier in his career, Rountree had informed the division with a KO of former Glorie Kickbokk champion Gokhan Saki and a decision of four knock-down on Eryk Anders.
In 2022, Rountree of Back-to-Back Losses recovered with back-to-back victories on fashion bag Bukaukkas and another kickboker on the way to the title.

Khalil Rountree Jr. Karl Roberson hit twice for violent finishes
On March 12, 2022, Rountree was linked to the former Glorie -Kickboxer Karl Roberson at UFC Vegas 50 in the UFC Apex.
After he had eliminated his last opponent with a sloping kick against the knee, Rountree used a last movement on Roberson from his days on 'The Ultimate Fighter'.
In the second round of their fight, Rountree Roberson sent to the Canvas with a huge right hook. Rountree landed land and pound when Roberson tried to catch him for a leg lock.
Rountree had Roberson paid completely with a thunderous football shovel to the body that Ribkabel rattled.
Roberson got up again on the feet to be brought down again by Rountree, this time for the TKO interruption.
Rountree is 3-1 against former Glory Kickboxers in the UFC, with his only loss to Alex Pereira.
Khalil Rountree Jr. received custom shorts for UFC Baku
Khalil Rountree Jr. Will return to the Win -Kolom this weekend in the UFC Baku main event.
There Rountree will compete against former light heavyweight champion Jamahal Hill in five rounds or less.
Days of the Headliner received the #7-ranged competitor his own pair of adapted shorts for his return to UFC Baku with Thai symbolism.
“There is a bit of a Yin-Yang element to represent my contrasting personality, fighting style, life balance,” said Rountree.
“My tattoos that I got in Thailand to show my appreciation for Muay Thai's martial artist. It has my real tattoos that I have on my back,” Rountree added.
