Tom Aspinall has huge plans for the heavyweight division now that Jon Jones is out of the picture.
After almost 600 days of waiting for a title Unification Bout with Jon Jones, interim title holder Tom Aspinall can officially say that he is the undisputed UFC heavyweight champion.
Largely considered the biggest hunter ever, Jones withdrew from MMA on Saturday and gave his heavyweight title after UFC boss Dana White insisted that he did everything he could do to make the fight with Aspinall happen.
The UFC Heavyweight Division has stopped since the title Reign of Jones started in 2023 and England's Aspinall is planning to change that, with big dreams.

Tom Aspinall says that he will be 'as active as possible' on his way to heavyweight goat status
Aspinall addressed his fans after the official pension of Jones at the weekend.
“The news is broken. I am sure everyone has seen it. UFC undisputed heavyweight champion in the world,” Aspinall said on his YouTube channel.
“It is very important for me only that I quickly acknowledge everyone who supported me in this, I am not going to say that it was a difficult time, but a bit of a challenging time as the last kind of ten, eleven months that I have been inactive because of no fault of mine.
“But luckily that is all behind us now,” Aspinall continued and thanked his supporters.
“I'm going to keep this thing as active as possible. I want to be the best heavyweight ever to run the face of the earth.
Aspinall is 8-1 in the UFC Heavyweight Division, after having won his only loss for Curtis Blaydes through the first round of TKO in a rare interim title defense on UFC 304 last summer.
All UFC fights from Aspinall have left the first round, with the British knockoutist more often or not undamaged.
“I will defend this thing as often as possible as I can,” Aspinall went on.
“I'm going to keep you busy now. I'm really going to give you back to anyone who has shown me support in the last five years in the last five years in the past ten years.
“Really appreciate the support and love of everyone, and we are going to see an active defensive UFC heavyweight undisputed champion in the future.”
Dana White: 'I'm looking forward to the Tom Aspinall era'
UFC CEO Dana White is enthusiastic about what comes after the Jones-Aspinall-Saga.
Although he may never get the chance to fight against Jones, Aspinall was planning to become the greatest heavyweight anyway.
White praises Aspinall to be a model champion while waiting for Jones and talks about his fight future in the UFC.
“The international Vechtweek will start tomorrow. Tom Aspinall will be there next week,” White told Bloody Elbow on Sunday and other stores in a MediaSchrum.
“So we sit with him, see what he thinks, what he wants to do.
“He was literally great through this whole thing and literally said:” I will fight to whom you tell me to fight, I'm ready to go. “
“I look forward to the Tom Aspinall era,” White added.
