Fonseca was angry about Charles De Ketelaere's opener, which he said was scored via a foul on Theo Hernandez. Alvaro Morata found the equalizer for Milan before Ademola Lookman found La Dea's winner.
“In the second half we didn't get the ball to the attackers enough, leaving Rafa (Leao) and Morata isolated,” Fonseca told Sky Sport Italia.
“We ended up losing the match after two set plays. The first half was very good, but in the second we did not have that link with the attackers. “I think we deserved more tonight, it was hard to accept that we conceded two goals from dead ball situations.”
Fonseca continued: “I have always been quiet about the referee, but others are talking. Today I'm the one who's tired of staying quiet and seeing what happens. The first goal was a clear foul, there is no doubt about that. There is no doubt about the way the referee acted against Milan throughout.
“It's not even just today. I recognize that refereeing is a tough job, but I'm tired of seeing the same decisions go the same way against certain clubs. At other clubs they don't hesitate, but at Milan they always do this. There is no respect for Milan.
“I'm not afraid to speak the truth. I have always respected the work of the referees, I realize they have a difficult job, but it is always the same every week. They have no respect for Milan. The way the referee acted this evening was a lack of respect for Milan.
“That foul changed the game, we were in a losing situation because of a goal that should have been disallowed. It upsets me that I am forced to talk about the referees, but I am disgusted by this situation. It happens every week.”
