Jon Jones is already trolling fans about the potential of a UFC recovery, only a few days after he has been emotionally announced by fighting.
The legendary world champion Two Division Jones announced last Saturday that he hung up his gloves after UFC boss Dana White had announced it during a press conference after UFC Baku. He had been in conversation to fight Tom Aspinall for the undisputed heavyweight title, but chose retired instead.
Now, less than a week after his big announcement, Jones is starting to make jokes with fans about the potential of a return to the cage. He also claimed that he is 'not really retired', because he is planning to travel America and the world that teaches people about MMA and other efforts.

Jon Jones confirmed the news last week that he would retire from MMA after almost two decades in the UFC. He is generally considered one of the greatest hunters of all time, but was widely beaten because he chose a final fight against interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall.

Now, just a few days after his emotional pension, Tweet Jones with fans and he teases a potential return. When a follower wrote: “Jon Jones Will Back”, the former two -way champion replied: “Wouldn't that be something?”
And he also told a fan who wished him a happy pension: “I appreciate it, but I am really not retired. I will be all over the country and all over the world. Meeting people who love sport the most.”

The actual pension announcement of Dana White was relatively without mercy and simply replied to the question of a reporter. But Jones quickly went to social media to make a more long -term and emotional statement to fans.
“Today I officially announce my pension from the UFC,” Jones wrote. “This decision comes after a lot of reflection and I want to take the time to express my deepest thanks for the journey I have experienced over the years.
“From the first time I stepped into the Octagon, my goal was to push the boundaries of what was possible in this sport.
“Being the youngest UFC champion in history, defending my title against some of the best hunters in the world and sharing unforgettable moments with fans around the world – these are memories that I will cherish forever.
“I have confronted with incredible highlights and some heavy lows, but every challenge has taught me something valuable and made me stronger, both as a hunter and as a person.
“I want to thank the UFC, Dana [White]Hunter [Campbell]Lorenzo [Fertitta]God, my family, coaches, teammates and all fans who have stood me through each chapter. Your relentless support and belief in me have been my basis.
“For my colleague hunters, thank you for the best in me and for the respect we have shared inside and outside the cage. While I close this chapter of my life, I look forward to new opportunities and challenges.
