Barça has finally solved their debts with Messi, Umtiti, Coutinho, Koeman and the rest of the 2020 team. The last payment of the deferred salaries – for an amount of € 16 million – will be made on 30 June and is already authorized by the club's financial department.
In 2020, the majority of the Barça team voted to postpone it in their salaries. In total, the deferred salary figure reached € 121.7 million. Barça decided that this amount would be paid in eight episodes: in December 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024, and in June 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. The final payment in the agreement is planned for 30 June 2025.
