Jake Paul explained conditions that Dana could meet White to retire him from boxing
After he had defeated Ben Askren, Paul Tyron Woodley took out to continue his crusade of the former UFC hunters of White.
While the resident of Cleveland has started adding Anderson Silva, Nate Diaz and Mike Perry to that list, the UFC -CEO could have stopped the journey of Paul at the beginning of 2022.
While the couple went back and forth during interviews and on social media, in which Paul became a vocal critic of the UFC model and the treatment of hunters of the promotion, a proposal was sent the way of White.
“Happy New Year,” wrote Paul. “@Danawhite. Here is a real challenge for you … I will retire immediately and fight Jorge Masvidal in the UFC if you agree with …”
The conditions imposed were an increase in the lowest payment bracket of the UFC to $ 50,000, an income share of 50 percent with athletes and long -term health care.
Dana White responded to the 'stupid' proposal of Jake Paul
It is sufficient to say that it did not take too long to close that offer.
“That (UFC contract proposal) with which you came out today, nobody on earth thinks you really wrote that. You are too stupid,” said White in a video on social media.
“That man (Paul's manager) used to be an accountant for me. And let me say this, he no longer works for me and I think he is a bastard. But if you think you can do it better than we, (that) we do the whole thing wrong and you treat fighters better than we do, knock -out.
“Start your own business, it's easy to do,” White added.
The UFC CEO also responded with its own challenge by calling Paul to be tested for steroids, after he had accused the YouTuber-reversed boxer of using performance-promoting medicines.
