Liverpool has completed the signing of goalkeeper Freddie Woodman on a free transfer from Championship Side Preston North End.
The 28-year-old will be a free agent as soon as his contract with Preston North End ends at the end of the month.
Woodman was an important player in front of Paul Heckingbottom last season, with 12 clean sheets in his 37 champion matches.
Liverpool has now confirmed that he will participate in the Premier League champions and will start training for the season next month.
He becomes their third-choice 'keeper after the departure of Caoimhin Kelleher to Brentford for compensation that could reach £ 18 million.
