Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal gives his target to play in the FIFA Club World Cup next month.
The Spain International missed most of the regular season 2024/25 because of a horrible triple knee injury including an ACL Teacher.
The experienced defender, however, set himself the Bullish target to return to action in the US, after he was admitted to the traveling team of Xabi Alonso.
Previous reports from Diario Sport indicated that Carvajal is inadequate in his goal with Alonso and the medical staff of Real Madrid are not willing to risk him.
That opened a new plan to keep it back for the preseason to guarantee a full power efficiency for the 2025/26 campaign.
In anticipation of the last 16 collision of Real Madrid with Juventus on July 1, Carvajal gave a cheerful message and sketched how close he is at a first performance in nine months.
“I feel very good and I am already back with the group. I don't know if I will be in the team versus Juventus, on the bank's decision about the manager's decision. But I am very happy,” according to reports from Mundo Deportivo.
“I have confronted it from the first day, knowing that I had an injury in the long term and you have to go through phases and not rush, which is the most important thing.
“It is almost nine months ago and I am ready to compete. I know that when they let me go, I will give 100%. I am not afraid or a lack of trust.
“What I do notice is the need for a competitive rhythm. I have trained with the team for two weeks and you can feel that spark, but I am not afraid to put my foot in it, I have overcome that.
“The coach gives the team a lot of versatility, with the position of Tchouameni between the two centralbacks. I have left in the middle, and left as a winger. I am always available to do what the coach asks.”
