Xabi Alonso is ready to bring Kylian Mbappe back to his Real Madrid team prior to their FIFA Club World Cup collision with Juventus.
Los Blancos achieved first place in Group H after winning two games and drawing with Hilal to put a draw with Juventus in Florida.
Star-Spits Mbappe missed all three matches because Alonso opted to risk him in the 3-0 win over RB Salzburg to ensure that he would be completely suitable for taking the Series A Giants.
Mbappe is back in full training and is on track to start against Juventus, flanked by Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo, with Gonzalo Garcia who falls on the couch.
Alonso is still working on his tactical plan for next season with Mbappe, which is central to what he wants to do in the Spanish capital.
Former Germany and the American boss Jurgen Klinsmann claimed that fitting Mbappe and Vinicius JR will be an important test for Alonso.
“These are two personalities that Xabi has to manage and I am sure that the team will succeed in compensating for everything to get the best out of it. At PSG it did not work with Neymar, Mbappe and Messi in those two years.
“It will be difficult for Xabi to let them both defend more.”
Prior to the recall of Mbappe, Alonso admitted that he needs the French international to change his game in the coming weeks, with a few worries.
“He is a leader because of his impact and influence. We must all be committed to the collective ideas and enjoy what we can do. The requirements are the same for everyone,” according to Marca.
“We have to be dedicated to and next to the ball. It is difficult to learn to dribble Mbappe, but it is difficult to teach him how to be linked.”
