Liverpool will continue their summer of high expenses with a deal for Crystal Palace star star Marc Guehi and a large movement has already made it clear to the English man
Liverpool continues their plans to sign Marc Guehi after the sale of Jarell Quansah. The Reds have identified the Crystal Palace star this summer as a different addition.
Last week it was revealed that Chiefs played a deal in Liverpool for the defender of England, who would become the newest addition of the club. But there were only a few problems with a deal.
Firstly, Liverpool had to generate some money that had already spent more than £ 150 million in the summer transfer market to Florian Wirtz, Milos Kerkez and Jeremie Frimpong. And they also had to make room for another center-back, where Guehi made his decision about his next club based on the amount of playing time he would receive.
And Liverpool Chiefs have succeeded in one that fell in one with Academy graduated Quansah who completed a transfer to German side Bayer Leverkusen. The defender has written a five-year contract with the Bundesliga-outfit after completing a £ 35 million switch.
Quansah said after leaving Anfield: “From the moment I walked through the doors of the Academy at the age of 5, I dreamed one day to wear the Liverpool shirt in Anfield. 17 years later I can now say that I have lived that dream.
“For my teammates, thank you for welcome me, pushing and believing in me. I learned so much from sharing the field and the dressing room with such great people and will never forget the incredible memories we have had.
“For the staff, the coaches and everyone behind the scenes, your faith and dedication have always been a constant source of motivation. You helped me not only grow as a football player, but also as a person.
“And for the fans, your support has always been unparalleled. Whether it is in Anfield or from home, singing you to never inspire me. I will wear that wherever I go.

“Liverpool will always have a special place in my heart. It's not just a club – it's a family! This is for the time being, but I will always look – ever a red, always a red.”
The Exit of Quansah now means that Liverpool needs a replacement for him, that man is reserved as Guehi. And the Reds may even need a center-back quickly, with the future uncertainty of Ibrahima Konate, since he is only a year left on his contract.
In the meantime, Liverpool remains focused on their potential expenses. Both Darwin Nunez and Harvey Elliott have recently been associated with movements, while Atletico Madrid is interested in Andrew Robertson.
