Daniel Cormier was criticized by fans on social media for a recent statement he has made.
Cormier was on comment last weekend tasks on UFC 317, where Ilia Topuria Charles Oliveira eliminated to win the empty lightweight title.
Although it seems as if Topuria will be confronted against Paddy Pimblett in his first title defense after their heated look in the cage, 'The Baddy' is not the only potential opponent for the new champion.
Some have insisted on Arman Tsarukyan to receive his overdue title shot after the #1 competition had successfully weighed as the back -up hunter.
In the aftermath of 28 June, Cormier spoke about a potential matchup between Topuria and Tsarukyan, in which he apparently made an incorrect claim.

Fans criticized Daniel Cormier for claiming that Ilia Topuria comes from a rich background
In the first episode of ESPN MMA's 'Good Guy / Bad Guy' Na UFC 317, Daniel Cormier emphasized a factor that Ilia Topuria vs Arman Tsarukyan would make, other than another title fight.
Tsarukyan's family wealth is a well -known fact at this stage, but 'DC' recently claimed that Topuria also came from money after he asked him for the impressive gym that 'El Matador' has in his house.

This led Cormier to be confronted online with some criticism, in which some claimed that the wife of Topuria, Giorgina Uz -Categui Badell, who comes from a rich background and not him.

Regardless of where their money comes from, a UFC title fight between Ilia Topuria and Arman Tsarukyan would be a somewhat rare circumstance where both men probably don't have to fight because of their current financial situations.
