Islam Dulatov had an unorthodox journey to the UFC, starting as a model before his career started in MMA.
He exchanged the catwalk in front of the cage when Islam Dulatov became the newest signing of the UFC when he wrote a contract with the promotion to fight in February 2022.
A serious injury, however, stopped his UFC debut, which finally takes place on UFC 318.

How old is Islam Dulatov?
Islam Dulatov was born on August 2, 1998, making him 26 years old from July 2025. He was born in Chechenia, Russia, but was forced to regularly move as a child because of the second Chechen war.
The family eventually moved to Germany as refugees, where he used his MMA training to help integrate into his new home.
Islam Dulatov's length, weight and range
Dulatov is six centimeters on six feet, which corresponds to 191 cm. He will fight in the UFC at Welterweight, which has a weight limit of 170 pounds. Dulatov also has a range of 75 inches (191 cm).

Before he was a professional hunter in the UFC, Dulatov was a model for different fashion designers. He walked to Gucci and Hugo Boss, and was mentioned by British Vogue as one of the top 10 male models of 2018.
He eventually signed an exclusive contract with Versace, but eventually opted for a career in MMA to chase his real dream.
