Taylor Hinds returned to Arsenal women after leaving Liverpool women at the end of her contract.
The full-back joined the Gunners' Academy in 2010 at the age of 11 and went through the youth ranks before she made her first team debut in October 2017.
She left the club in January 2018 to become a member of Everton Women and then made the move by Merseyside to become a member of Liverpool two and a half years later.
The 26-year-old became an important part of the Reds arrangement, which helped the club to win the Women's Championship in the 2021/22 season and a WSL finish in fourth place in the 2023/24 campaign.
She was also the vice-captain of the club, who made more than 130 performances for Liverpool and scored eight goals.
Hinds originally left the club at the same time as Chloe Kelly, who also drew a permanent deal with Arsenal this summer after a successful loan saying.
Taylor said to the club's media: “I am so proud that I have signed for Arsenal. I want to push, compete and win trophies – and this club includes that. You can see in which direction Arsenal goes in and everyone wants to win at the club.
“This is a complete circle moment for me and I am grateful to come back to a place I mentioned at home when I was younger. I can't wait to start and get on the field at Emirates Stadium for all our incredible supporters.”
Arsenal head coach Renee Sleesers added: “We are delighted to welcome Taylor in Arsenal. She is a versatile player who has great experience from several seasons in the WSL with Liverpool, where she took on a leading role.
“I am excited to get started with Taylor on the training pitch and I am sure our supporters will accompany me to welcome Taylor back to the club.”
