Lionel Messi probably goes in the last contract or two of his career, and Saudi -Arabia hopes that they will be lucky with the Argentina legend the third time. The playmaker of Inter Miami will undoubtedly have the World Cup 2026 in mind while making his next choices.
In recent weeks it was reported that Saudi Arabia had arranged a meeting for the President of Al-Hilal to meet his camp. In the meantime, Inter Miami has been talking to Messi about expanding his contract and gets it that everything is on schedule for Messi to enter the World Cup next summer as a resident of Florida. It will certainly not hurt that Inter Miami is in conversation to bring in one of his best friends and teammates from the International Side Argentina.
Saudi Arabia has previously tried to sign Messi, on both occasions when he left Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain. Messi is currently an ambassador for the Saudi tourism board until 2030 long -term contract, which considerably strengthens his accounts.
There had been a suggestion that Messi could consider a return to Europe, and a more competitive competition to sharpen his mind in preparation for the World Cup.
