Jon Jones could hunt for a last UFC title win against Tom Aspinall.
The retired second division champion already has the most title fights in UFC history at the age of 16, together with many other awards.
Jones withdrew from the sport last month and decided to hang the gloves instead of uniting his heavyweight title against interim champion Tom Aspinall.
Jones came under much fire after his pension decision. Many fans accused the large 'diving' of a fight with the dangerous Aspinall, which held the interim belt for almost 600 days.
Some fighters such as Leon Edwards believe that Jones meets more money from the UFC, expecting 'bones' who would retire.
Two weeks after Jones's official pension, Jones claimed that he was back in the drug test pool (with which he could compete again), and wanted to 'keep everyone's options open'.

Jon Jones says 'It feels nice to be the hunter' now that Tom Aspinall is champion
After interesting in the idea of President Donald Trump from a UFC fight in the White House, Jon Jones turned attention with his last post on X.
“It feels nice to be the hunter and not hunted for once,” Jones wrote on Monday.
The former champion no longer has a target on his back now that he has retired.
Aspinall was almost two years in hot pursuit of the undisputed title of Jones until Jones decided to give up. Now the roles are reversed because Aspinall is the undisputed champion.
If Jones is serious about a return against Aspinall, the 37-year-old could record a title Challenger mentality to really close his career.
Jones is a five-time challenger and a title defender of twelve times, Jones is unbeaten in UFC title fights.

Vitor Belfort wanted Jon Jones to retire with 'unbeaten' record
One of Jones's greatest rivals was happy to see him retiring MMA when he did.
Jones leaves the UFC with a record of 28-1 (1 NC), which in the eyes of some people is a perfect record, given that his only loss in 2009 is a disqualification for Matt Hamill.
Former UFC Licht Heavyweight Vorror Belfort almost gave Jones his first loss of title in 2012 when he caught him in an Armbar instance. But 'Bones' was able to escape and submitted Belfort itself.
Belfort said that he would rather retire Jones than risk it all against Aspinall.
“I would like to see that he is running away the way he is,” Belfort told Helen Yee.
“I don't want to see him losing the fight. Some people want to see him lose the fight.
“I want to see Jon walk unbeaten,” Belfort said about Jones.
Chito Vera echoed a similar sentiment and said that most people lose before they retire.
