Former UFC Middleweight Champion Sean Strickland responded to the recent claims of Dan Henderson about their split from their gym.
Sean Strickland is undoubtedly a UFC fan favorite, known for its brutal persona and progressive fighting style. But he also disrupted many feathers during his career, including one of the great UFC fighters of all time.
Strickland, who has not fought on UFC 312 since a rematch loss for Dricus du Plessis, is a return to the cage at the end of the year. Israël Adesanya recently called him at the UFC Hall of Fame Red Carpet to reverse their UFC 293 showdown.
Strickland recently came in a public feud with Xtreme Couture coach Eric Nicksick during his performance on UFC 312. Earlier in the career of Strickland, he would be said to have started with UFC legend than Henderson and the Quest Gym team about his behavior.

Sean Strickland then accuses Henderson van Liegen about Teams of Ousterster
During a recent performance on the Overogs -Podcast, Henderson thought about his time coaching of Strickland at Team Quest in California.
“He came in small argumentation matches with some of the boys who thought he was going too fast,” said Henderson. “Then he would go online and talk about him and he did it a bit too much. Just more social, I didn't care what happened in the room.
“If you send it to everyone to hear everything -it is just disrespectful for your training partners, guys who train with you to help you too. He just did it too often, I warned him a bunch and finally said:” Hey guy, you have to go. “
“But he was a good training partner and I enjoyed having him there and I enjoyed having a man in it who is difficult.” (H/T MMA Fighting)
After Henderson's comments it was not long before Strickland noted, as he recognized in a recent Instagram remark.
“This is nothing true,” said Strickland. “I was the most important training partner for his last fight. He retired, the fighting team fell off and when it was time to renew my membership that I left behind … but he is right, I would constantly laugh at the fighting team.
“They would do yoga and skip sparring lol [Keith Berry] I'm talking about you haha is funny that we are both [Xtreme Couture] And now regularly spruce. '
Despite the recent feud of Strickland with Nicksick, he remains a large presence at Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas. Henderson withdrew from MMA after a UFC title for Michael Bisping in their UFC 201 Rematch.

In the midst of his back and forth with Henderson, Strickland's UFC return timeline remains uncertain because he is confronted with a potential suspension of the Nevada State Athletic Commission after storming the cage during a Tuff-Nupt event. Strickland and teammate Chris Curtis confronted Tuff-Up 145 hunter Luis Hernandez in the cage after they had taunted them after an entry victory.
Strickland has since explained its side of the events and has expressed little regret in beating Hernandez before being accompanied from the location. At present, NSAC still has to rule on the viral incident of Strickland.
The last UFC victory of Strickland came against the former title -Plager Paulo Costa on UFC 302.
