The Italian giants currently only have one out and out of number nine of their books after the departure of Luka Jovic and Tammy Abraham in Santiago Gimenez.
According to Matteo Moretto, they have now registered an interest in Jackson, 24, and Mateta, 28 via Calciomercato.
Chelsea is deemed to be willing to leave Jackson after the recruitment of Liam Delap and Joao Pedro, but will demand a fee of € 40 million.
Mateta, who does not have contraction at the end of the 2025-26 season, would be the cheaper option if AC Milan decides that he is the man they want.
