The comedian and podcaster is an avid MMA fan. Thanks to his friendship with legendary commentator Joe Rogan, he can always get the best UFC tickets money can buy.
Von was spotted front row at UFC 310 in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
The 44-year-old impressed fans by doing something most people with VIP tickets don't do.

Even UFC boss Dana White has been known to hang out backstage during large portions of his events.
When new heavyweight star Kennedy Nzechukwu kicked off the card by knocking out Łukasz Brzeski, Von was the only VIP who had already arrived.
Eagle-eyed fans spotted the prankster surrounded by empty seats during the first few hours of the UFC's final pay-per-view event of 2024.
Many people took to social media to express their appreciation for Von, who Jon Anik joked actually reached his seat for the UFC 310 commentary team.
One fan said: “Theo is the GOAT for this.”
Another added: “This is really cool to see he's been there from the start.”
Someone else wrote: “A real fan.”
