The notorious UFC 229 Brawl between the teams of Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor might have had a participant if it was not for Dana White.
Nurmagomedov crushed McGregor on UFC 229 with a brutal neck crank to record his first successful defense of the lightweight title of the promotion.
However, it is safe to say that the Las Vegas event is not best remembered for how 'the eagle' has lifted its hand.
Shortly after the forcing the Irishman to tap in round four, Nurmagomedov led on a fight on UFC 229 by jumping the cage and attacking Dillon Danis in his defeated Challenger's corner. Chaos followed, with teammates from the Dagestani who entered the Octagon in the pursuit of McGregor.
In the meantime, the UFC president stopped another member of the entourage of Nurmagomedov to get involved …

Ali Abdelaziz 'ran' to become a member of UFC 229 Melee until Dana White intervened
During a recent performance on the Podcast of Pound 4 Pound, organized by Henry Cejudo and Kamaru Usman, manager Ali Abdelaziz remembered perhaps the most notorious incident with one of his hunters.
The Dominance MMA CEO said that the entire Nurmagomedov team knew that something would happen at UFC 229 in view of the heated structure and McGregor's controversial garbage conversation, and so Abdelaziz was prepared.
“Every title fight, I always wear a suit. For this fight I was wearing a white T -shirt, pants and sneakers. I knew something was going on,” said Abdelaziz. “It was the body language. We knew it all.”
But the plan of the 47-year-old to participate as soon as 'the eagle' caused an “ugly” fight outside the cage was hindered by the White intervention.
“It was very ugly. I knew something would happen and I was just ready,” Abdelaziz recalled.
“What happened, I ran and Dana grabbed me. He is my big brother. I respect the S – from Dana. … He grabbed me and he said,” Listen, if you do something, they will suspend you and they will suspend every hunter. Help me to calm this thing! “
“I just really wanted to come to one man, and in the end I came to him a little later.”
Ali Abdelaziz eventually arrived in Dillon Danis years after UFC 229 Brawl
Although he may not be prevented from getting Danis in his hands on UFC 229, three years later, Abdelaziz finally seemed to reach the controversial teammate of McGregor.
While he was present at UFC 268 for the main event of Usman Championship against Colby Covington, Abdelaziz was accused of beating Danis Backstage.
“Ali Abdelaziz hit Dillon Danis Backstage tonight at #UFC268 according to several people who witnessed the incident,” Reporter John Morgan on X. “Danis was apparently removed from the building.
“Provided to @Aliabdelaziz00, but he refused to comment.”
Former UFC Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping later confirmed that in a tweet now deleted, Danis also claimed that all future events had been banned.
