Khamzat Chimaev has chosen a different approach for his UFC 319 preparations.
The undefeated star will participate in one of the largest fighting of the year next month when it challenges the UFC Middleweight Title.
Although Chimaev has a lot of support prior to his collision with Dricus du Plessis, there are also many fans who are split on the matchup.
In anticipation of 16 August in Chicago, Chimaev spent time in the United States, which quickly drove all the rumors about traveling issues.
This has enabled him to join forces with some other remarkable names that will apparently help him strive for the gold of 185 pounds.
Fans respond to Khamzat Chimaev who may work together with TJ Dillashaw before UFC 319
During his training camp, Khamzat Chimaev was already seen alongside Arman Tsarukyan while he prepares for UFC 319.
'Borz' was certainly not a shortage of athletes on elite level to work with before he made the trip to the United States, but it seems that he has put together another decorated team in Los Angeles.
Various images and videos have shown that Chimaev works from the gym that is confirmed to the Jaxxon Podcast, which is organized by MMA legend Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson.
Jackson regularly interviews some of the top names in the sport, with various high -profile athletes who regularly appear in the show.
One of those more usual guests is former UFC Bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw, who retired in 2022 after a short return to the Octagon.
Dillashaw recently placed an image of him next to Chimaev with a caption that suggests that he will be part of the training camp of the Challenger, causing fans to talk.

Other reactions arrived when the photo was placed on X, where one fan points out that this does not necessarily mean that Dillashaw will work together with Chimaev.
“He didn't come to his camp, his camp is in Jaxxon Podcast Studio where TJ works LOL.”

The best middleweight outside the UFC explained why he gives Dricus du Plessis the lead on UFC 319
In an interview with MMA Junkie, Johnny Eeblen, who is generally considered the best middleweight outside the UFC, gave his opinion about the Main Event of UFC 319.
He believes that Dricus Du Plessis, together with his proven cardio, has an advantage over Khamzat Chimaev when it comes to high level experience.
“I just love the chances of DDP because the boys he fought and the rounds he has submitted,” Eeblen added. “Chimaev does not have that. Not to say that it will be easy, Chimaev is very, very heavy, but I think DDP has more, he is simply more a veteran when it comes to five round fights and heavy fights, and he fought all the time. Chimaev is just a bit an issue.”
As is the case with many of his earlier UFC steps, many fans expect Chimaev to keep the benefit early before factors such as cardio and experience in the later rounds start playing in the game.
